• Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management (currently studying)

My journey in home support began in 2018 as an independent Home Support Worker. As demand for quality support grew, I founded Latrobe Valley Home Support Services in late 2021. As Director, I am passionate about supporting our aged care community and their families through high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and choice, enabling people to remain living in their own homes for as long as safely possible.

I am committed to building a team that genuinely cares and makes a positive difference in the lives of the people we support every day.

While I am passionate about my work, my two children will always be my greatest priority and inspiration. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, children and our horse, exploring nature (particularly rainforests and waterfalls), cleaning and playing the flute.

I have spent many years in leadership roles, supporting teams, building relationships, and creating environments where people feel valued and supported. After a rewarding career managing early childhood centres, I brought my experience and passion for people to LVHSS, where I'm proud to be part of a team making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

I believe great leadership is built on connection, kindness, and a good sense of humour. I enjoy getting to know people, celebrating their strengths, and helping create a workplace where everyone feels they belong.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our daughter, who is horse crazy. When we're not riding, you'll usually find us camping, exploring new places, or enjoying a four-wheel-drive adventure. We love the outdoors and making memories together.

I love supporting clients to enjoy life, explore new places and stay connected with the things that bring them joy. One of my favourite parts of my role is listening to the stories, experiences and memories that clients share, and learning about the places they have visited throughout their lives.

I enjoy building meaningful connections and helping people maintain their independence while continuing to do the things they love. A fun fact about me is that I can speak four languages and enjoy connecting with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.

Assisting Locals Since 2021
Latrobe Valley Home Support Services was founded by Zoe in late 2021, after years of working hands-on as a home support worker herself. Zoe knows this work from the ground up, and that's exactly what makes LVHSS different.

With a team of over 10 local carers who genuinely love what they do, LVHSS supports elderly and disabled Gippsland residents with everything from personal care and domestic assistance to transport, shopping, and social support - all in the comfort of their own home.

Every person on this team was chosen because they care. Not just about the job, but about the people behind it.
